The hotel staff were amazing at providing useful tips to me, an absolute ski newbie! I particularly loved how kind they were when catering to my dietary restrictions, providing me with special dishes at every meal. The hotel facilities were spotless and the location was perfect for my ski trip. The breakfast each morning was simply delicious, and the staff were always available to help with transportation and parking.
